Thanks again for a great internship. I was very interested in the principle of working with small teams: how only a few people can implement large tasks, how much MVP can be achieved in 21 days, and how to do it systematically.

I have a product and several development teams, and my internship request was primarily about people. An engaged developer — who is passionate about the project, understands business value and strategy — sounds like a fairy tale about mythical unicorns. I really wanted to see it in reality.

The internship wasn't about success or a silver bullet: we found it and now we're doing great, but there was a lot about work that needs to be done a lot. I was able to talk to both team managers and developers directly, and the word that's in the air is engagement. This is really cool!
