Thanks again for a great internship. I was very interested in the principle of working with small teams: how only a few people can implement large tasks, how much MVP can be achieved in 21 days, and how to do it systematically.

During the internship, the guys from KT.team shared their approaches to working on projects, and it is clear that the secret to efficiency is not secret in small teams, but in many systemic components, for example, team engagement. I have a product and several development teams, and my internship request was primarily about people. An engaged developer — who is passionate about the project, understands business value and strategy — sounds like a fairy tale about mythical unicorns. I really wanted to see it in reality.

The internship wasn't about success or a silver bullet: we found it and now we're doing great, but there was a lot about work that needs to be done a lot. I was able to talk to both team managers and developers directly, and the word that's in the air is engagement. This is really cool!
